How can i get informed about the status of my order?

In order to view your order's status you need to Login to your account and then go to "Orders". In the "Status" column you will see the stage of your order.

In case your order is under production it will be listed as "Processing", "In Production", "Printed" or "Processing ERP" and will be shipped within the expected delivery time.

If your order status is "Completed", your order has been shipped from our facility and an email with delivery details has been sent to you.
